HEALTH & SAFETY PLAN

Saint Andrew Catholic School reopened school to students for in-person instruction on Thursday, August 19. The diocesan reopening team worked hard over the summer to prepare for the safety of our students and staff in the 2021-2022 school year. We invite community members to review our current health & safety plan as well as our preparedness playbook. Our guidance for reopening was provided by the CDC, PDE, and Diocese of Harrisburg. This plan is a fluid document and will change as new guidance is given from the above entities. No matter the situation, we will be prepared for all scenarios in the 2021-22 school year.

E-LEARNING INFORMATION

Saint Andrew Catholic School is dedicated to providing an in-person learning experience for as long as safely possible. In the event that we would need to move to a virtual model for a short or long term basis, we will use the Google Classroom Learning Platform. Live instruction with classroom teachers will take place between 8:40 a.m. through 12:30 p.m. Independent assignments will be reserved for the afternoon so that teachers can work in small groups or independently with struggling learners.
