Father Robert Malagesi grew up in Philadephia and worked in the food business for 10 years. After that he worked 14 years as a Paralegal Supervisor for the City of Philadelphia Law Department, before coming to the Fairfield area to begin his life with the Missionaries of the Sacred Hearts of Jesus and Mary in August of 2002. He was Ordained on Nov. 3, 2007 after completing his Philosophy and Theology studies at Mt. St. Mary’s Seminary. After Ordination he served as Parochial Vicar for St. Mary’s and St. Rita’s, and became Pastor of both Parishes in 2015. He feels greatly blessed to be assigned as Pastor and is looking forward to serving God by being here to serve the parishioners and students of St. Andrew’s Church and School.
Mrs. Lindsay Salmon has been a valued member of the SAS family for over 12 years. She began her career as a long term substitute for both 5th and 6th grades. In 2007, she accepted a full-time teacher position and dedicated nine years to shaping both the spiritual and academic formation of her second graders. In the summer of 2016, God opened the door to a new opportunity for Mrs. Salmon. She now serves our Saint Andrew community as school principal.
Mrs. Salmon is a 2007 graduate of Shippensburg University. She holds a Bachelor's degree in Elementary Education with a minor in Early Childhood Education. Mrs. Salmon also holds a Master's Degree in Education which she earned from Wilson College in 2012. She is currently pursuing her principal certification from Immaculata University and is set to graduate in December 2018.
